Easy and Quick Kale Chips

These are delicious and so easy to whip up – especially when you’re craving a salty snack. And did I mention how healthy they are?! As you’re trying to make good nutrition choices during your pregnancy, rest assured in this guilt free snack! Even puppies love them 🙂

Kale Chips

Pre-heat oven to 350.  Wash and pat dry a bunch of kale (flat works well). Cut out large rib center – it’s too tough to bite through
Lay kale flat on greased cookie sheet
Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle with Sea Salt
Bake for 10 minutes
Sprinkle on grated Parmesan Cheese
Bake for another 5 minutes
